Arc Images

Thank you for considering Arc Images Portraiture & Fine Art for your portraits! I would like to give you an overview and insight on my pricing and how things work. All of my sessions have a Session Fee that is due at the time of your session booking. There is a designated amount built into that session fee for a Print Credit that will be applied toward your portrait order. The Session Fee includes your consultation, artist's time and talent, and your personal ordering session. I have Heirloom pieces selected for you to choose from in your choice of images as well as an a la carte menu that is available after the purchase of at least one Heirloom piece. Heirloom pieces consist of Wall Art, Albums and Folio Storyboxes.

 

All clients must sign a portrait contract that includes the terms of the session, payment responsibilities, product delivery and liability release. This is just to ensure that everyone does what they say they are going to, such as I agree to create your portraits and deliver products and you agree to pay for the products ordered. I provide a consultation meeting to go over desired portraits and wishes for your photo shoot, products and pricing. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment for your shoot we then sign contracts and the Session Fee will be paid, as well a date set to view your images in the Gallery Reveal and Ordering Session. During the Gallery Reveal and Ordering Session, we will go through all your images and then narrow down your preferences and choose the products of your choice. Payment is due in full at the Gallery Reveal and Ordering Session. When all products are created and in my possession then I arrange with you a convenient time to delivery your portraits!
